How we deal with clients:
Since we are a freelance platform, our deals are kept simple and flexible. We usually deal with our clients in person.
If you have a query, feel free to contact us directly. We guarantee an immediate reply (of within 2 working days*).
We take the projects/tasks assigned to us very, very seriously.
Once you have a confirmed order/project that you would like to have us work on, you will get to meet our consultant in person or online (via Skype) to discuss matters further.
A personal meeting will enable us to customize the work to your taste & needs.
We are also happy to build a diplomatic bond with our clients, for feedback and future comebacks.
If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may still contact us with a pseudonym. We will not harass you for personal details.
Price of services will vary.
To get a specific quotation, do not hesitate to contact us. Please provide a rough description of the task, so that we may be able to provide the closes estimation possible**.
A finalised quotation will be shown to you once we have sufficient materials and details provided by you for us to get started.
We will only start the project assigned to us once you have agreed with the price.

Our specialty is in Language & Communication Skills. The English Language is our expertise. Nevertheless, we do provide services for the Malay Language (Bahasa Malaysia), upon request.
